At Singhaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your handbag purchase, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the following conditions.

✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • 7-Day Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Original Condition: The handbag must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, including the dust bag, protective plastic on metal hardware, and tags, must be returned exactly as received.

  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or digital invoice is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Handbags with signs of use, stains, perfume smells, or scratches on the hardware.

  • Items returned without the original protective packaging.

  • Items purchased during a "Flash Sale" clearly marked as non-returnable.

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend filming a short unboxing video. This is the fastest way to verify a claim for a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Resolution: After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

💳 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, we will notify you of the approval.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.

  • Card Payments: Refunds for online payments will be credited back to your original payment method.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier (TCS, Leopards, or PostEx) to ensure the bag reaches us safely.
